Call Center Representative, Full-time

Department: Call Center

Location: Kaimuki Business Plaza

Job Summary: Responsible for establishing new member accounts, selling and servicing credit union products, and providing excellent service for phone-in members. Performs Call Center responsibilities not limited to both teller services and member services in accordance with quality service objectives and credit union policies and procedures (account/loan servicing transaction processing or, new account servicing, new loan servicing, account maintenance, product cross-sales, balancing, and financial transaction record-keeping). Minimum Qualifications: Requires one-year certificate from college or technical school; or three (3) to six (6) months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have knowledge of and experience with customer service principles and practices, and administration and clerical processes. Six (6) months or more in a call center environment highly preferred. Experience in a financial institution highly preferred. Credit must be in good standing. Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA’s Rules and Regulations.

Director of Information Technology, Full-time

Department: IT

Location: Kaimuki Business Plaza

Job Summary: Responsible for directing the planning, development, procurement, implementation, and maintenance of all Credit Union information technology products and services. Formulating and administering IT strategies, policies, procedures, goals, and objectives. Develops IT services and solutions to effectively meet the future needs of Credit Union users. Ensures that IT services are seamless, transparent, and effectively delivered, and that problems are promptly resolved. Coordinates IT activities with other departments, and shares information with assigned boards and committees. Supervises and appraises the activities of subordinate Managers and ensures the cost-effective use of Credit Union resources Minimum Qualifications: Requires a bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university; or five (5) years related experience and/or training and five (5) years management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience to effectively perform job responsibilities. Financial industry experience highly preferred. Credit must be in good standing. Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA’s Rules and Regulations.

Infrastructure Support Analyst, Full-time

Department: IT

Location: Kaimuki Business Plaza

Job Summary: Serves as a technical expert and participates in or oversees a variety of analytical and technical assignments that provide for problem diagnosis and solutions documentation, implementation, administration, support, and maintenance of a variety of hardware, software, and network products in an information technology infrastructure environment. The role is broadly split between providing day to day operational support for existing infrastructure services and users of those services, and project-based work leading to the development and deployment of new infrastructure services. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Information Technology Management or equivalent and three (3) years of experience in network operations and support. Must have functional knowledge of network environments and concepts such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and Active Directory. Knowledge of Microsoft Server technology and infrastructure platforms including Windows server operating systems, messaging (Exchange) database (SQL), web proxy (ISA), and Remote Desktop Services. Credit must be in good standing. Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA’s Rules and Regulations.

Member Relations Specialist , Full-time

Department: Branch

Location: APFCU's Main , Fort Street, Kaimuki branches; OTSECU branch

Job Summary: Responsible for providing members the highest level of service, assisting with new accounts and loans, cross-selling of products and services, completing teller transactions and branch operational tasks. Assists in the daily, weekly, and monthly planning and execution of activities and assignments to help the branch stay on target to reach its annual sales, growth, and service goals. Demonstrates commitment to quality service, professionalism, integrity, enthusiasm, respect, good work ethic, and positive attitude to achieve the highest standards of member service when performing duties and assignments. Minimum Qualifications • Must have detailed-oriented and high standard of confidentiality/work ethics. • Must have a minimum of two (2) years related experience and/or training. • Six (6) months underwriting experience required; ability to analyze/understand credit reports and possess basic knowledge of bank underwriting. • Credit must be in good standing. • Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA’s Rules and Regulations.

Programmer Analyst, Full-time

Department: IT

Location: Kaimuki Business Plaza

Job Summary: Performs business analysis, design, development, testing of software applications using technologies, including but not limited to, Symitar’s Power-on, HTML, Javascript, .NET, and MS SQL Server. Other technologies that may be used include: Web Services, SML, PHP, Java, and .NET third party development products. Involved in all phases of the software development life cycle from design, database modeling, development, testing, deployment and user training. Participates in the development, implementation and documentation of systems or in problem solving. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Computer Science, Systems/Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or related field. Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in systems analysis and/or programming; preferably with leadership responsibilities. Must have functional knowledge of information systems, SDLC, and proficiency in programming languages; including some familiarity with financial /business applications, lending applications, investment applications, sufficient to use and support on-line, interactive applications based on equipment ranging from large-scale minicomputers to application servers and microcomputers. Credit must be in good standing. Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA’s Rules and Regulations.

Regional Teller, Full-time

Department: Branch

Location: East and West Regions

Job Summary: Performs relief teller services at various branches not limited to both teller services and member services in accordance with quality service objectives and credit union policies and procedures (transaction processing, account maintenance, product cross-sales, balancing, and financial transaction record-keeping). Minimum Qualifications: Must have detail-oriented and high standard of confidentiality/work ethics. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have a minimum of one (1) year experience in sales or front-line customer service position and one (1) year cumulative cash-handling experience. Valid Driver's License and access to a motor vehicle required. Teller experience in a financial institution highly preferred. Credit must be in good standing. Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA’s Rules and Regulations.

Teller, Full-Time

Department: Branch

Location: Main, Fort Street, Kaimuki and Kahului, Maui, branches

Job Summary: Performs branch responsibilities not limited to both teller services and member services in accordance with quality service objectives and credit union policies and procedures (transaction processing, account maintenance, product cross-sales, balancing, and financial transaction record-keeping).
