Loan Deferral Program

With so many lives disrupted by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we are here to help affected members with some relief from making monthly loan payments.

Members who have experienced loss of employment or a reduction in work hours or related hardship due to COVID-19 may apply to defer their monthly loan payments up to 90 days. Loan deferrals are subject to approval.

For assistance with payments on your Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) or Personal Line of Credit, please contact us to discuss available options.

VISA® credit cardholders who are not enrolled in autopayment and are not past due over 30 days will have their payments automatically deferred for May, June and July. Payments will still be accepted, as interest will continue to accrue during the deferral period.

Before You Apply

These required documents must accompany your loan deferral application:

  1. Proof of Recent Income: Two (2) most recent pay stubs OR previous quarter's tax filing if self-employed
  2. Verification of Hardship: Letter from your employer documenting involuntary termination or reduction in work hours

 

Application Processing

Your application is not complete and will not be reviewed until:

  • all required documents are uploaded,
  • all required fields on the application are completed, and
  • your application is signed.

Given the volume of requests, our current turnaround time is 7-10 days. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
