Dear Valued Member,

We are writing to inform you about the permanent closure of the OTS Employees Credit Union branch. It was a difficult decision, but a necessary step in our efforts to streamline the operations of Aloha Pacific FCU as a whole.

With the branch closure, OTSECU will be fully merged with Aloha Pacific FCU as of July 31. We want you to know, since we closed the branch on March 20 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, that all OTSECU staff are already filling other roles in APFCU departments. We are grateful for their dedicated service to OTSECU members.

We apologize for the inconvenience the branch closure will cause. As always, you have complete access to APFCU’s 7 Oahu branches (with 5 of these also open on Saturdays to serve you), plus branch locations in Kahului, Kekaha and Henderson (Las Vegas), and all products and services, including the ATM network, online and mobile banking. You can use your existing OTSECU debit and credit cards and checks without interruption. We are making every effort to minimize the impact this may cause for OTSECU members.

For more information, please go to, which will remain online until July 31. Information can then be found at after that date.

Thank you for your understanding and support, and for being a member. We look forward to the privilege of serving you for many years to come.
